Meet Ilana Rubin

Throughout my career, I've always worked in the hospitality industry and can't imagine doing anything else. I began my journey on the East Coast with an event production company where we organized and marketed concerts, trade-shows, and sporting events. Later, I shifted my focus to the wedding industry and helped open the beautiful venue Harbor Lights in Rhode Island.

I accepted a Catering Sales Manager position at Fairmont and moved to California in 2014. In this position I was handling corporate clients. After gaining seven years of experience and confidence, I finally decided to take a leap and start my own business in 2016. Since then, I've never looked back and absolutely love what I do!

Event Management

Within our event management services, we meticulously review all vendor contracts to ensure clarity and alignment with expectations. We provide a detailed checklist to keep you updated on deadlines and reminders. Our team prepares a comprehensive timeline and overview packet, ensuring precise planning and execution. We confirm vendor orders and rental item quantities to leave no detail unchecked. Additionally, we review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for accuracy and coordinate venue policies and procedures. We also assist in arranging client-provided materials, ensuring every detail reflects your vision.
