Named one of the top planners in Califonria by The Knot. Ilana brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and event production, with a background that includes corporate events, trade shows, and catering sales management before launching her own firm.
Known for her calm presence, strong advocacy for clients, and sharp attention to detail, Ilana approaches every event with equal parts strategy and intuition. She is deeply involved in each project, from early planning through execution, ensuring nothing is overlooked and every decision is intentional.

Mia plays a key role in the planning and execution of our events, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of event flow and logistics. With experience in timelines, production, client communication, vendor management, they are instrumental in ensuring every event runs smoothly and efficiently.
