Owner & Designer

Named one of the top wedding planners in California by The Knot, Ilana Rubin has spent more than a decade immersed in hospitality, events, and guest experience.

Before founding Ilana Rubin Events, Ilana built her career in corporate event production, luxury hospitality, and catering sales: giving her a rare understanding of events from every angle. After moving to California, she launched the company in 2016 with a belief that beautiful events are only as good as the experience behind them.

Known for her calm presence, meticulous attention to detail, and fierce advocacy for her clients, Ilana brings equal parts strategy and intuition to every celebration. She anticipates what’s needed, asks the questions others may not, and ensures her clients always have someone firmly in their corner.

For Ilana, luxury isn’t about excess. It’s about being exceptionally cared for, trusting the people around you, and knowing every detail has been considered so you can simply be present for it.
